Automotive Software — Remote Contracts

• Software integration and CI — Managing packages, releases, and multi-core builds in continuous integration environments. I ran this role for a Continental ADAS product line safety project.
• Embedded software testing — Requirement-based testing in Rhapsody and PTC Integrity, HIL/SIL coverage, and dashboard reporting for BMW, Audi, and Nissan programmes.

India Engineering Centre Advisory — For German Companies

• Setting up an engineering centre in India — I built and led an embedded software team in Bengaluru for Continental. I know how to hire the right engineers, put development processes in place that hold up under German supplier audits, and get a new team to delivery-ready without the typical false starts. If you are a German automotive company opening an India centre — or have one that is not quite working yet — I can help.
• Germany–India technical liaison — Twenty years of working directly with German colleagues and customers means I understand both sides of that relationship: what German engineers need to feel confident in a remote team, and what Indian engineers need to work effectively under German process expectations. I can sit between the two and keep things moving.
• Technical hiring in the Indian embedded market — Evaluating AUTOSAR and functional safety candidates in India is genuinely difficult if you are doing it from Europe. I know the local talent market, the universities that produce strong embedded engineers, and what salaries look like in 2025–2026.
